Alexis Baumgardner is a Piedmont University student. She is a junior majoring in Mass Communications. Alexis has thrived in the Mass Communications department, learning everything to know. Alexis reading the Piedmont Journal, the featured magazine of Piedmont University that is published by the Mass Communication department. Alexis is working on a podcast for her podcasting class. This class is considered an upper-level class; this shows Alexis’s determination to her major. The newsroom is a staple in the mass communications department. Students are always spending time in the newsroom, whether it’s working on assignments or just congregating with other students. Alexis is in the Mac Lab working on her cinematography class. Alexis also has a passion for working on films and creating great videos. Alexis is determined to make the best work she possibly can. She works on radio broadcasting, cinematography, journalism, and typical mass communications work. Alexis is constantly working on audio-based work. She shares a radio show with Jarret Ray and has multiple podcasts she works on.
