Campus Event #2: Trunk or Treat, Downtown Demorest
On October 31st, Piedmont University had a Trunk or Treat in downtown Demorest and Demorest Park. Children and adults were enjoying Halloween by collecting candy. This picture features three Piedmont students dressed up like Spider-Man, Hulk, and Captain America. On the left is freshman Brady Bowman, in the middle is sophomore Jacob Kucera, and on the right is sophomore Ezekiel Kyle while stopping the Hulk’s punch.Next to the Kona Ice truck, two Piedmont students brought animated energy, transforming a casual moment into a playful scene by dressing up as the evil villain Vector and a Minion from Despicable Me. This nice couple posed with the gold “6” and “7” balloons during the Trunk or Treat in Demorest Park. Whether marking a milestone or just embracing chaos, their display became a running joke among attendees: ‘No one knows what 67 means, but we respect it.’ There were a lot of kids just playing and shouting the meme “6-7!”
