Hoppy Easter

Christy Creedon drizzles a layer of sweet vinaigrette dressing on top of a fruit and salad combo she made on April 9, 2023. Easter brunch was made complete with mini quiches, french toast with fruit, ham, and muffins.

April 9 was also a birthday celebration for my sister, who enjoyed a chocolate and vanilla cake with ice cream. UNO got intense so she stepped outside to gain some concentration on the more important task.

On a chilled and steamy Friday morning, I enjoyed some breakfast in the cafeteria while looking out at the landscape as the sun rose. It was very peaceful and makes running some early miles worth it.
