Senior Gary Halverson braving the elements as he battles Emory and Williams runners during the 1500m run. Halverson went on to place 3rd in his heat, and 3rd overall in the race.
Due to the meet being hosted at Morehouse, a men’s facility, this meet was tricky for women’s triple jumpers. However, senior Sam Seymour made the best out of it, as her only marked jump at 32′ 1.5″ placed her in 12th. This facility did not have the boards required for women to jump off of, and had to mark their “board” with tape.
