I really enjoyed this chapter despite the tragedies that were shown in the photos. I really do believe that a picture is worth a thousand words. My favorites were the black and white photos; it enhanced the details and not everything in life is black and white. For me, pictures capture a moment forever. It’s cliche, but the truth. I look at a picture and I see something more than what’s in front of me and it makes me curious. I want to know where they are today. I want to know what the photographer was feeling when he or she took the photo. Where they scared? Looking at the photos, I felt that they were brave for taking such photos.
